There’s a lot going on it this space — not all of it (the lamps, mirrored screens, and odd wire and taxidermy contraption) to my taste. But overall there’s great texture, finishes, huge art, and a real feeling of excitement to this room.

The Biscuit House — so named because of the cookie-shaped wooden pieces comprising the exterior curtain — is a concrete and steel structure that manages to bring French and modern styles together in a delicious fusion.

Vintage industrial meets — and quickly marries — barely-there transparency. Wow!
Simple San Francisco Studio
Here’s another small space done extremely well. There’s a discernible palette, some great choices in materials, and a nice mix of textures.
