The elements of this space seem to soften the stark graphic nature of the black and white scheme.

The image of these two spaces reminds me of panels from a comic strip. You know this is that whitewhitewhite style that I’m not so fond of, but there’s a lot of fun texture here that keeps it from being too much: the subway tile, different floor treatments, counter top, and curtains. On top of that, the fun dashes of color really help.
