This Houston home — which also houses the architects’ 5-person office — has captured my imagination. The clean design and clever use of simple materials speaks volumes to the creativity and craft of the designer/owners.

Gorgeous architecture, an amazing site, and terrific materials help make this weekend home a real show stopper. I’m especially drawn to the overall silhouette of the house and to the materials used in the kitchen.
