I’ve drunk the Kool-Aid. I’m a big big fan of Chicago-based interior designer Lukas Machnik. From his work on the television show, American Dream Builders — shown in the first four photos above, to his own furniture designs in the last photo, his work shows all the hallmarks of the kind of design I love.
Here’s another delightful contemporary home for us to explore together. When I first saw images of this structure, I was immediately taken by the materials used on the exterior. Concrete, wood, corten steel, and glass are some of my favorites!
